We offer the following solutions for working on a desktop version of QuickBooks:
Once your records are updated, we provide you with a profit and loss statement, balance sheet and reconciliation reports.
- If you don’t have a QuickBooks user license, we can maintain your QuickBooks file in our office so you don’t have to purchase the software. Your deposit information, bank statements and other required documents are uploaded to us via our secure client portal. We will provide a QuickBooks file backup or portable file for your accountant when required.
- You send your QuickBooks data file and documents to us via our secure client portal. Once your records are updated, we provide you with an updated QuickBooks data file with instructions on how to upload the new file.
- We work remotely using such services as GoToMyPC or Logmein. Your documents are uploaded to us using our secure client portal.
